Our vision
A future in which digital systems bring people closer to their own intelligence—and provide a clearer human foundation for self-governance, responsible leadership and organisational governance.
GILTEACHINGS is a founder-led Swiss innovation company building Human Operational Evidence Infrastructure—connecting protected human evidence with organisational governance through SCP.
Founded by Marcin Gil, the company develops from first principles: before people or organisations can govern well, they need a reliable operational reference from which to act.
The company’s work begins with one conviction: technology should strengthen human self-governance, not replace it.
A future in which digital systems bring people closer to their own intelligence—and provide a clearer human foundation for self-governance, responsible leadership and organisational governance.
To translate first-principles understanding of cognition and self-management into systems and standards that create protected, verifiable human evidence for individual and organisational use.
Organisations verify finance, operations and risk through structured information. Yet the Human Operational Capacity from which people process information, decide and act remains largely unverified.
GILTEACHINGS exists to close that gap—not by judging individuals, but by creating protected structures through which Human Operational Capacity can become visible, repeatable and usable in governance.
The architecture has three distinct layers. Each has one role.
The foundational cognitive architecture from which operational connection and self-management are derived.
The operating protocol and standard that structures repeated human input, verification and protected aggregation.
Human Operational Evidence Infrastructure—the governance layer established when protected human evidence can enter organisational use without exposing the individual.
Human Operational Capacity is the metric within that infrastructure. The Human Operational Capacity Number is its numerical organisational expression.
Can the human operational condition behind decisions be made visible without reducing the individual to a score or a label?
A personal inquiry into cognition, connection and self-management became a published body of thought. That inquiry developed into UCF; UCF provided the foundation for SCP; and SCP became the operating system through which Human Operational Evidence Infrastructure can be established.
The completed University of Bern Pre-Study examined SCP’s technical and measurement architecture and established standardised data output, dataset integrity and readiness for subsequent scientific analysis.
The next empirical phase is being prepared as a controlled RCT with follow-up, extending validation beyond the technical foundation into defined measurement and outcome questions.
The first public expression
Published in English in 2017, the book explored conscious breathing as a practical connection between cognition, state and self-management. It preceded UCF and SCP and carried the human question from which both later developed.
Marcin Gil founded GILTEACHINGS and is the originator of UCF and SCP and the Human Operational Evidence Infrastructure category developed through them. He remains responsible for the intellectual property, system architecture, category development and strategic direction of the company.
His work is guided by one conviction: digitalisation and human intelligence should bring systems closer to people—not move them further apart.
Scientific validation, technical implementation and organisational deployment are undertaken with specialised partners. This keeps the intellectual direction coherent while bringing external expertise, testing and scrutiny into every stage.
