ISO 30414:2025

Human resource management — Requirements and recommendations for human capital reporting and disclosure

ISO 30414 establishes a broad international framework for reporting human-capital factors including productivity, health and well-being, leadership, culture, engagement, skills and workforce development.

Relevant to SCP Organisations increasingly quantify human-capital factors, yet these reporting categories do not provide the repeated operational reference SCP is designed to establish: Human Operational Capacity at the point from which work and decisions are carried forward.

Worker Well-Being: What it Is, and how it Should Be Measured

The study examines worker well-being as a multidimensional construct and the implications this has for how organisations measure human experience at work.

Relevant to SCP Human experience cannot be reduced reliably to one generic question. SCP likewise begins with structured dimensions rather than an undifferentiated assessment—the 4E capacities separate Mental Relaxation, Mental Strength, Physical Relaxation and Physical Strength before collective evidence is formed.

Validity and Reliability of the Experience-Sampling Method

A foundational study of Experience Sampling Methodology examining whether repeated self-reports can capture changes in psychological states in everyday life with meaningful reliability and validity.

Relevant to SCP A single subjective report is not treated as a state. SCP uses repeated structured measurements so recurring evidence can be distinguished from isolated variation.

Ecological Momentary Assessment

This review examines repeated assessment of current experience in real-world settings as an alternative to relying primarily on retrospective reports.

Relevant to SCP SCP records present-state input close to the moment in which it is experienced. Repeated current measurements reduce dependence on retrospective reconstruction and allow change across time to become observable.

Using Experience Sampling Methodology in Organizational Behavior

The paper examines repeated reports of immediate or recent experience within organisational research and their use in studying dynamic processes that change within people over time.

Relevant to SCP Human Operational Capacity is treated as variable rather than permanently fixed. Repeated measurements allow SCP to observe whether an operational pattern holds, changes or remains unstable across organisational activity.

The University of Bern Pre-Study examined SCP's technical and measurement architecture.

SCP can generate structured session records suitable for subsequent scientific analysis.

Not established by this work: behavioural efficacy, clinical outcomes, economic ROI or organisational causality.

Relevant to SCP This is the first completed external scientific work conducted on SCP itself. It moves the evidence base from architectural concept to an independently examined technical and data foundation, while leaving outcome claims to subsequent empirical validation.
